The Board of Managers of Caye Home Furnishings, LLC, has announced a change in the executive management of Caye Furniture. Caye Furniture markets upholstery and case goods under the brand names of Stratford, Stratolounger, Homewood, and Simmons Upholstery. 

Karl Leo, Owner and Chairman of Caye, said that, effective February 1, 2008, Ty Hester, previously head of Sales and Marketing, will be promoted to President of Caye and head up the day-to-day operations in the United States and China. 

Leo is quoted as saying that Ty Hester is eminently qualified for this position, having worked in the furniture industry for the last 23 years. He went on to say that Ty Hester has worked at various levels in the industry and has comprehensive knowledge of the retail community. His awareness of current retail and merchandise needs has been a key factor in Caye's growth to date.  

Herb Hester, who has previously held both the President and CEO positions, will move into the position of CEO only. He will focus on strategic issues including the further development of global business initiatives. 

Wayne Stewart will remain as CFO with the additional responsibility of Executive Vice President. Tom Wathen will be promoted to Executive Vice President of Manufacturing/Operations. 

Leo and Herb Hester both agree that this dynamic team ensures a solid foundation of growth for Caye Home Furnishings in the future both domestically and globally. Caye now operates two factories in the U.S. These are located in New Albany, MS and Amory, MS. Caye also has two factories in Haining City, Zhejiang Province, Peoples Republic of China.
